For inside mounting, ensure that your window has at least 2 inches of frame depth. Measure the window width and length, and provide the precise dimensions to us. We deduct 1/4 inch from the exact measurement width given to ensure an accurate fit.
For outside mounting, measure the window’s outer frame width and length, then add 3 to 6 inches to each dimension to determine the correct shade size. Please provide us with the exact size you desire for the shades when filling out the customization form.
Our window shades undergo rigorous testing. In laboratory tests, our MYshade corded mechanical system can withstand 5,000 cycles of up and down pulling while maintaining smooth operation.
Once customized, products leave the store and cannot be returned, except for quality issues.
